Cancellation Policy

Akazi Space Booking Policy Appointments: All services are by appointment only. Please book at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time. Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and relaxation. Payment: Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, e-transfer, and major credit cards. Health & Safety: Clients are required to disclose any health conditions or allergies prior to their session. Respectful Environment: Akazi Space is a female-only, peaceful space.
